Russia is ready to supply 2.5-3 mln tonnes of grains from the intervention fund on the export market, declared Viktor Zubkov, the First Vice-Premier of the Russian Federation, on February 6.
According to him, the government plans to confirm the decree concerning movement of grains from the intervention fund at the beginning of the current week. The decree will also estimate budget funds, required for such operations, which will be used for compensation of the difference between purchasing and selling prices – nearly 5 bln RUR.
