According to operative data, in January 2010, cargo turnover of the state enterprise Illichevsk sea trading port (Odessa oblast, Ukraine) totaled 1.46 mln tonnes, an increase of 20.8% compared to the previous year, including bulk cargoes processing – up 70.4%, general cargoes processing – down 12.7%, fluid cargoes processing – down 40%, declared the press-cutting service of the port.
The following cargoes showed the highest rates of growth compared to the same month of 2009: grains (up 31.4%), meal (up 80%).
