Kazakhstan to export nearly 10 mln tonnes of grains

In 2009/10 MY, Kazakhstan plans to export nearly 10 mln tonnes of grains, declared Arman Evniev, the Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on November 30.

As a reminder, previously the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan estimated the export potential of the country at the level of 9 mln tonnes of grains.

Besides, the country started export trading towards the Black sea region two weeks ago, declared A.Evniev. According to the Vice-Minister, Kazakhstan will export 350-400 thsd tonnes of grains in the Black Sea direction till the end of 2009.

According to A.Evniev, Kazakhstan plans to export nearly 2 mln tonnes of grains through the ports of the Black and Baltic Seas.
