On November 19, the National commodity exchange (Russia) provided the regular exchange auction within the bounds of the state purchasing interventions on the market of grains. The government purchased 70.2 thsd tonnes of grains at the general sum of 274.34 mln RUR, declared the media department of CJSC National commodity exchange.
During the auction period, the government purchased 598.59 thsd tonnes of grains from agricultural producers, including 503.01 thsd tonnes of 3-grade wheat and 95.58 thsd tonnes of 4-grade wheat, at the general sum of 2.49 bln RUR.
The average weighted price of 3-grade wheat, purchased to the intervention fund, totaled 4257.9 RUR/t, 4-grade wheat – 3637.9 RUR/t.
On November 19, 327 agricultural producers took part in the auction, the number of concluded contracts totaled 57.
