In October 2009, the Republican State Enterprise "Aktau international sea trading port" shipped 1330.8 thsd tonnes of dry and petroleum bulked cargoes, which totaled 117.8% from planned volumes, declared the press-cutting service of the port on November 4.
The port also shipped 56.5 thsd tonnes of grains, which totaled 141.3% from planned volumes.
During ten months of 2009, Aktau international sea trading port processed over 11.53 mln tonnes of dry and petroleum bulked cargoes, which totaled 110.7% from the plan.
At the same time, the general shipment of dry cargoes totaled 2090.8 thsd tonnes, including 458.9 thsd tonnes of grains.
During ten months of 2009, the port processed 1719 vessels.
