Kazakhstan: wheat export prices decrease

According to experts of IA APK-Inform, the grain export market of Kazakhstan has seen decreased purchasing as well as lower export prices for wheat. The situation is believed to have been caused by the cancellation of the export ban on September 1 and the increase in new crop grain offers.

To date, an average 3-grade wheat price on DAF Petropavlovsk terms totals 260 USD/t and 245 USD/t while 4-grade wheat was down 30 USD/t compared to the previous week. At the same time, importers are highly interested in purchasing Kazakh grain.
