Prime Minister proposed to make a law which will provide benefits to the companies building biofuel plants.

In December, 2006, Ministry Cabinet signed a program of biofuel production development for 2007-2010.
According to the program, Ukraine plans to build 20 plants for biofuel production with annual total capacity of 623.000 tonnes.
