Conditions of participation in Summit

Registration fee for one participant:

* we finish accepting applications for participation since March 20, 2008

Registration fee includes:

• Participation in the sessions according to the summit program on 26.03.2008

• Participation in the traveling seminars in Cairo/Alexandria/Damietta on 27.03.2008

• Summit informational materials

• Gala-dinner in the honor of the summit participants

• Coffee-breaks

• Lunches

The Organizers provide the services on accommodation reservation in the hotels of Cairo at the additional payment.

Terms of applications giving and payment conditions:

• We accept applications till March 20 inclusive
• Payment conditions - 100% prepayment according to the invoice made by Organizers based on the application form of the participant
• Payment return in case of cancellation of the conference participation:
  - until February 20 - 80% of the paid sum is returned
  - since February 20 till March 10 - 50% of the paid sum is returned
  - after March 10 - the paid sum is not to be returned
