Conditions for participation in the conference

Registration fee for one participant:

* Cost without bank commission

The registration fee includes:

• Participation in two days conference work of one participant**

• The conference catalogue, including the conference program, advertising information, business cards of participants

• Placement of the company's business card in the conference catalogue

• Coffee break, dinners, reception party, entertainment program

** Participation in two common sessions and two specialized seminars is foreseen

Additional opportunities for participants:

• Participation in the conference as conference/seminar sponsor

• Advertising and PR-services within the conference

• Providing of consulting services to the agency's specialists during the preparing to the event

• Assistance of the specialists of APK-Inform in establishing the business contacts between the conference participants before the conference and during it

Granted discounts:

• For participation: 5% for registration two or more representatives of a company

Accommodation program is provided by organizers for additional fee

Rooms are booked in the hotel "Odessa": Odessa, Primorskaya street, 6-А

Terms of applications acceptance and payment:

• Applications for participation in the conference are accepted till October 17, inclusive.

• Payment conditions - 100% prepayment as per the invoice charged by organizer according to the participant's application.

• The participants may cancel his participation unilaterally. Cancellation of participation in the conference is accepted only in writing form confirmed by company head's signature.

• Payment return in case of cancellation of the conference participation:
  - Until August 31- the organizer returns 80% of the paid sum
  - From September 1 to October 10 - 50% of the paid sum is returned
  - After October 11 - the paid sum is not to be returned.
