Conditions of accommodation reservation in "President Hotel"

Accommodation services are provided on the basis of the application of the company and on conditions that free places are available in the hotel

Pay by the day is accepted in President hotel". In case if you stay at the for hotel less than 24 hours, payment is charged per day regardless of check-in and check-out time.

• Check-in time - 2.00 p.m. local time

• Check-out time - noon local time

In case if you are going to stay at the hotel for longer time if wanted before, please, inform us about this fact in advance.

Information about additional payments:

• early arrival from 00:00 till 06:00 a.m. - 100% from room cost

• early arrival from 06:00 a.m. till 2.00 p.m. - 50% from room cost

• late departure from 12:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. - 50% from room cost

• late departure after 6.00 p.m. - 100% from room cost

Conditions of application cancellation

Application for accommodation can be canceled by the Company only in the written form to the address of the Organizer of the conference by e-mail or fax within 3 (three) days till accommodation day

If the message concerning cancellation was made later the above- indicated terms Organizer is entitled to knock off 100% of per day accommodation cost from advance payment of the company.

Costs for accommodation

Each room has:

• direct telephone line (calls via Kiev - free of charge)

• TV (31 channels of space television), radio

• conditioner

• mini-bar

• press for trousers

Room cost includes:

• breakfast "smorgasbord" (from 7:00 till 11:00 a.m.)

• bringing two pieces of luggage

• visiting sauna, swimming-pool and training hall (from 7:00 till 11:00 a.m.)

• delivery of mail to the room

• car park use

• all taxes

• Application for accommodation is reserved only after payment for participation in the conference

• Paid applications have priority in the accommodation list
