Conditions of participation

Registration fee per one participant:

The registration fee includes:

• Participation in the Conference of one hearer

• Conference catalogue

• Conference Proceedings booklet to be issued after the end of Conference

• Placement of the company's business card in the Conference Catalogue

• Placement of the company's business card in the Conference Proceedings booklet

5% discount is provided if two or more representatives of one company are registered

Conference sponsorship fee is USD 4000/EUR 3300

Advertising opportunities include placement of block advertisements or PR articles in the Conference printed materials.

Deadlines and payment conditions:

Deadline for applications is November 4.

Advertising blocks to be published in the Conference Catalogue are accepted until October 31.

Payment conditions - 100% prepayment as per invoice charged by the organiser according to the participant's application.

Payment refund in case of cancelling the application:

- Until October 22 the organiser refunds 80% of the sum;

- Since October 23 till November 4 the organiser refunds 50% of the sum;

- After November 4 no refund is provided.
