Conditions of participation

Registration fee per one participant:

The registration fee includes:

• Participation in the Conference of one person (without presentation)

• A package of informational materials

• The Conference Proceedings booklet after the Conference completion

• Placement of information about the company in the Conference catalogue

• Coffee breaks, dinner, reception in honour of the Conference participants, social programme

Presentation at the Conference (15 minutes) - US$140/114 euros

The following discounts are provided:

• 10% - if the registration fee is paid until August 1, 2004;

• 5% - if two or more participants from one company are registered;

• 10% - for subscribers of "Ukrainian Agrimarket Weekly Report", of analytical periodicals "Ukrainskiy Maslichnyi Rynok", "Ukrainskiy Zernovoy Rynok", weekly periodical "APK-Inform" and daily bulletin "Novosti Agrorynka".

The fee for participation in the Conference as a Sponsor is $2,820, as a General Sponsor - $4,700

The applications are accepted until October 27, 2004.

The papers for presentations are accepted until October 15, 2004 to be included in the Conference Catalogue.

Payment conditions - 100% prepayment as per the invoice, charged by the Organiser according the application form of the participant.

Reimbursement of the fee in case of cancellation of the application:

• If the application is cancelled until October 14 the Organiser returns 80% of the sum;

• From October 15 till October 23 - 50% of the sum;

• The application fee is non-refundable since October 24.
