Conditions of participation

Registration fees for one participant:

While registration of two and more participants there is a discount of 5%

The registration fee includes:

• Participation in the conference work of one company representative

• Conference catalog including conference program, advertising information, business cards of participants

• Distribution of company's business card in the conference catalog

• Coffee-break

• state reception

Additional opportunities for participants:

• Participation as a sponsor of the conference

• Placement of ads in the conference catalogue

• Rendering of consulting services by agents' specialist during the period of preparation to the event

• Assistance in business contacts establishment between forum participants during the period of preparation to the conference and conference itself

Organizers provide habitation for separate payment

Application forms for participation are accepted before November 20

Repayment in case of refusal of participation in the conference:

- Till Movember 1 the organizer will return 80% of paid fee;

- From November 1 till 15 the organizer will return 50% of paid fee;

- After November 15 the payment is not returned.
