Conditions for participation in the conference "Grain forum-2007"

Registration fee for one participant**:

* Cost without bank commission

** If two or more participants are registered a 5% discount is provided

The registration fee includes:

• Participation in the conference of one participant

• The conference catalogue, including the conference program, advertising information, business cards of participants

• Placement of the company's business card in the conference catalogue

• Coffee break

• Reception party

Given discounts:

• 5% - if two or more persons are registered from one enterprise

Terms of applications acceptance and payment:

• Applications for participation in the conference are accepted till May, 18, inclusive.

• Payment conditions - 100% prepayment as per the invoice charged by organizer according to the participant's application.

• Payment return in case of cancellation of the conference participation:
  - Until the 30th of April 80% of the paid sum is returned
  - From the 1st till 15th of May 50% of the paid sum is returned
  - After the 15th of May the paid sum is not to be returned

Accommodation program is provided by organizers for additional fee

Conditions of hotel booking

A room is booked in the hotel after payment of registration fee for participation in the conference and if necessary rooms are available in the hotel for the moment.

Accommodation fees

Accommodation fee includes:

• Accommodation, breakfast ("smorgasbord"), luggage carrying, taxes.

• Each room has: phone, space television, Internet access, safe, hair-drier, mini-bar, conditioner, electronic switch.

Check-in time - 2.00 p.m. Pay-time - noon. Hotel provides for a place for luggage keeping of the clients if departure time is after pay-time.

Avoidance of reservation is made not less than a day before arrival.
