Conditions of accommodation booking in Congress-Hotel "Don-Plaza"

Service of accommodation is given under condition if availability of free rooms in the hotel based on the company's application

In the Congress-Hotel "Don-Plaza" they apply daily payment for accommodation. In case if you stay in the hotel for less than 24 hours, you pay for 1 (one) day regardless of time of arrival and departure. Pay-time is 12:00.

In case if you intend to stay in the hotel for longer period of time than expected, it is advisable that you should inform about this in advance.

Unwarranted booking - with payment at settling, with reserving of booking to 18:00 of the date of arrival.

Unwarranted earlier arrival and later departure are possible only at availability of free rooms.

Information about extra payment:

• earlier arrival from 00:00 to 03:00 hours - 100% of the room cost

• earlier arrival from 03:00 to 08:00 hours - 50% of the room cost

• earlier arrival from 08:00 to 12:00 hours - 25% of the room cost

• later departure from 12:00 to 24:00 hours - 50% of the room cost

Conditions of application cancellation

Application for accommodation may be cancelled by the Company only in written form to address of Organizer of the conference by e-mail or fax 3 days before settling.

If the application on cancellation was made later of the terms indicated above, Organizer has the right to keep from the advanced payment of the Company the amount of 100% of room cost for one day.

Cost of accommodation*

* Cost is indicated with 5% discount

Hotel provides guests with breakfast "smorgashboard", quantity of breakfasts corresponds to the quantity of paid days of accommodation.

For using of mini-bar, inter-city and international phone connections, as well as other hotel services, the advance payment of 1000 RUR is taken.

Guests living in the Presidential Apartments are provided with the following additional services:

• tariff 1 - transfer airport (railway station)-hotel and hotel-airport (railway station), using of car up to 4 hours per day, service of butler, Internet, watching of film channels

• tariff 2 - transfer airport (railway station)-hotel and hotel-airport (railway station), service of butler, Internet, watching of film channels

• Application for accommodation is reserved only after payment for participation in the conference.

• Paid applications have priority in the accommodation list.
