Conditions of accommodation booking in the hotel
Accommodation services are provided on the basis of the application of the company and on conditions that free places are available in the hotel.
In case if you are going to stay at the hotel for longer time if wanted before, please, inform us about this fact in advance. Check-in and check-out time - 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are extra payable:
Check-in from 00:00 till 06:00 - 100% of day's accommodation fee
Check-in from 06:00 till 14:00 - 50% of day's accommodation fee
Check-out from 12:00 till 18:00 - 50% of day's accommodation fee
Check-out after 21:00 - 100% of day's accommodation fee
Application for accommodation can be canceled by the Company only in the written form to the address of the Organizer of the conference by e-mail or fax within 5 (five) days before the day of accommodation.
If the message concerning cancellation was made later the above indicated terms, Organizer is entitled to deduct 100% accommodation cost per night from advance payment of the company.
