Conditions of participations in the Conference "Grain Industry & EXTRUtec'2007"

Registration fee includes:

• Participation of one participant in three days of conference work

• Transfer by comfortable buses Kiev-Cherkassy-Kiev

• Placement of company business-card in conference catalogue

• Coffee-breaks

• Cultural program

• State reception from IA "APK-Inform" and "CherkasyElevatorMash"

Under condition of participation in one of the conferences, registration fee will be*:

*At registration of one or more participants, there is 5% discount.

Registration fee includes:

• Participation of one representative in two conference days;

• Conference catalogue;

• Placement of company business-card in conference catalogue:

• Coffee-breaks;

• Cultural program;

• State reception

Additional opportunities for participants:

• Sponsorship of the conference "Grain Industry" - 20.000 UAH / 104.000 RUR / 2.960 EUR / 4.000 USD

• Representing of advertising report - 5.000 UAH / 26.000 RUR / 1.000 USD / 740 EUR

• Placement of advertisement in the conference catalogue

Deadline of application and payment conditions

• Deadline of application for participation is September 15.

• Payment conditions - 100% prepayment according to the invoice made by organizers according to participant's application form.

• The participant may refuse to participate unilaterally. Refusal from participation in the conference is accepted only in written form, certified by head signature.
  Payment return in case of refusal to participate in the conference:
  - before August 31, organizers return 80% of payment
  - during September 1-15, organizers return 50% of payment
  - after September 15, organizers do not return paid amount.
